Travis Scott Reveals PSG x Jordan Basketball Jersey

Travis Scott added more fuel to the collab fire last night by taking to the stage at Cabaret Vert Festival in France to perform his set wearing a PSG x Jordan Basketball Jersey.

Heavy rumours have been circulating in 2018 of an official PSG x Jumpman collaboration, and that speculation has all but been confirmed in recent moths after Justin Timberlake and now Travis Scott have both performed sets in France wearing lifestyle drops from the upcoming collection. The latest statement clothing piece was showcased last night as the Astroworld rapper wore a co-branded basketball jersey on stage.

Strong ties already exist between the Parisians and Jordan brand, with PSG frontman Neymar previously collaborating with the Jordan brand on an exclusive signature collection. That link up produced the first ever Jumpman football boot paving the way for the brand to venture further into the football market. PSG, with their thirst for A-list exposure, are a key fit for the Jordan brand, and the two entities have already released plans for an Air Jordan V for later this year.

Travis Scott also has previous with the club having taken in a game at Parc des Princes back in 2015 during Paris Fashion Week (below).

What is clear is that an official collaboration between PSG and Jordan is imminent, but further speculation suggests that the clothing and footwear collection could be joined by a couple of PSG x Jordan football kits.

The Parisian club are expected to announce details of a collaborative football kit, which would see the Jumpman logo replacing the Nike Swoosh, in the coming months. An educated guess would predict the kits to be worn in their Champions League fixtures this season, so listen out for more noise around the collab as the Champions League Group Stages kick off in September.
