Umbro UX-1 Concept "Dark Navy/White/Blue Atoll"

It may still be called a “Concept” model, but Umbro’s UX-1 with the ArmorTex upper is enjoying a charmed life with more releases than we typically see from any supposed “concept.” This time, in the form of a “Dark Navy/White/Blue Atoll” colourway to give the UX-1 a bold look as the 2014/15 season reaches a busy finale.

Boasting an upper with one of the most aggressive shooting elements still on the market, the UX-1 showcases the risks that Umbro will still be willing to make as they continue their assault on the “big three.” Despite such an alternative upper, the UX-1 offers a high level of comfort and a new paint job that sees the UX-1 fall in-line with the Velocita and Speciali IV as Umbro's silos are refreshed.

Some description

Made with Umbro’s most dependable idea in the A-Frame construction, the UX-1 makes full use of the special upper with some serious tech across the bulk of the boot. Added aid with touch on the ball and looking a bit like if the adidas Lethal Zones were on steroids, the elements on the boot will remind many of the days of power-boots gone by.

The Umbro UX-1 Concept is available from select online stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer
