PUMA Update The King Top Series

PUMA take off the crown and give it a polish as the King Top drops into the 2019/20 mix with a modernised update just in time for pre-season. An icon that spans generations, the King still rules supreme when it comes to comfort and pitch presence.

After giving their on pitch ONE 5.1 and Future 4.1 next-generation updates PUMA have turned attentions towards the heritage side of things as the brand escort the King Top in for a revamp. Staying faithful to the DNA of this classic series, the King Top delivers a fresh update on a silo that has graced some of the all-time greatest players.

Football is an innovation game and if you stand still, you get left behind. PUMA know this, and just because a boot is at legendary status it doesn't mean it can't be improved when new technologies surface. The King Top is still unmistakably a King, it even retains its OG black and white colourway, but the materials are renovated to create the silo's sleekest silhouette ever.

A premium K-leather upper has silicone backing for a velvet touch while the iconic fold-over tongue remains for a clean striking area and to keep laces in check. A pre-season crowd-pleaser that sits in the "modernised heritage" market to rival the adidas Copa Gloro and Nike Premier.
