The new leather adidas F50 adizero continues to fly under the radar as the best thing about the new adidas "Haters" pack.

Five years on and six boots later, the adizero is fresher than ever, but one thing that's contributed to the boots past success is its leather offerings. Once again adidas haven't disappointed and are continuing to serve players who have a leather craving - just ask Lukas Podolski. The adidas F50 adizero "Leather" is back and upon initial inspection, better than ever (not counting the "Pure Leather" pack, of course). Before we dive deeper into the latest chapter of the adizero story with a full Laced Up review and more to come, take a closer look at the latest leather offering from adidas.

The sixth generation of adidas' fabled speed boot is their most transformative yet, with the Three Stripes throwing away their conventional rules of adizero design to bring a new dynamic to the speed silo. While it's not a complete reinvention of the wheel, the boots do pack an armoury of new technologies and visuals that should have you excited.

Some description

Visually, the new "Solar Red" adidas F50 adizero Leather gets the same makeover as the HYBRIDTOUCH edition, with the "Ghost Graphic" making up its full-grain calf leather upper. The leather editions do lose the DRIBBLETEX raised 3D grip texture found on the forefoot of the HYBRIDTOUCH synthetic, and instead feature the same graphic print and allover snakeskin pattern that fades in from the forefoot.

Tech-wise it's as you were, with the main updates coming in the outsole. The soleplate has been given a complete transformation and now features a nine-stud configuration with the back of the plate having just three studs designed for better stability. The base of the forefoot features fourteen teeth-like studs acting as a second level of traction for increased grip on firm ground.

The adidas F50 Adizero Leather is available at selected stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer.
