The Diadora Borg Elite marks the return of a terrace icon. Reinvented from the concrete terraces of 1980's UK football culture, the Borg Elite makes a comeback this Spring as the resurgence of 80's sports fashion labels powers on.
Born as a tennis silhouette for Swedish legend Bjorn Borg, the shoe was taken under the wing of football casuals, transforming the image of the shoe and overpowering the squeeky-clean reputation associated with tennis. More pints and pies than strawberries and cream. 
Originally launched in 1978, the new Diadora Borg Elite is made in Italy and is constructed with a soft premium leather with a perforated toe-box, all sat on top of a robust sole. Dropping in white with a choice of gold or silver branding, the Borg Elite will be available from February 26.
