Mbappe Settles Debates In Fun ESPN Interview

Kylian Mbappe is the man of the summer so far, with his U.S. tour generating huge publicity for all the right reasons. And as part of the tour, the PSG front man sat down with ESPN for a fun interview titled “Mbappe Settles Debates”, surprising some with not only his answers, but also his well-spoken English.

Sitting down to answer questions such as who he would rather have, Kevin Durant or LeBron James, which video games he likes and also whether he enjoys French fries or French toast, Kylian Mbappe couldn’t have cut a more relaxed character if he’d tried, and that despite the fact that the interview was in English. The young World Cup winner reeled off shorter answers in English, reverting to his native tongue only when the answers needed more in-depth explanation.

Decked out once more in the upcoming second collaborative collection from Jordan and PSG, he batted off answers, raising some eyebrows when he selected Liverpool as the team he would play as on FIFA. Cue many media outlets stirring the transfer pot by claiming that this was “proof” that Mbappe was joining the club this summer...

It’s been a busy summer tour for Mbappe, which has seen him linking up with fellow athlete and Nike ambassador LeBron James, tossing the first ball at the Dodgers v Cubs game in LA, and kicking ball on Venice Beach.

Release of the second installment of the Jordan Brand x Paris Saint-Germain Collection begins in late June. Expect to see more drops over the coming weeks.
