Collaborating with Berlin based creative studio UFOMAMMOOT, adidas and the German football federation took the launch of the 2018 home shirt to engaging places in creating an interactive mobile game.

Simple, though effective, the game gave Instagram users in Germany a chance to access the game by swiping up through an Instagram advert. Placed naturally in an Instagram story, the game begins effortlessly with Mesut Ozil weaving through a digital backdrop.

UFOMAMMOOT described the objective of the game in saying, "the aim is to move around different obstacles and create simultaneously breathtaking feints and skills. Using Bullet time while creating new moves, the new jersey is additionally highlighted. Users can challenge friends for the top score, which they can brag about on social media."

An effective way to introduce an audience to the new home kit, it gives a 360 view on how the kit would look in a digital space. With the additional features of specific adidas footwear, the game pays close attention to detail with the correct typography and finer details of the shirt popping with sharp effect.
