Residence #17 | 'StubHub Center' LA Galaxy

Few stadiums have the glory of being able to bask in the sunshine amid palm trees and the blazing sun. Winning on the West Coast, our latest 'Residence' instalment as we search through the beautiful world of football stadiums is that of LA Galaxy. 'The StubHub Center' has welcomed in star after star and brings a sense of style to proceedings like nothing else.

An ongoing triumph of work, Hana Asano captured this structured spectacle which stands out as a beacon of beauty. Solely dedicated to football, this stadium is still relatively youthful having opened in 2003. In that time, it's 27,000 capacity has been filled week after week with a fanbase that have witnessed many a big game, not to mention big name.

Sunk into the ground with a scoreboard that towers over one end, this stadium is character laden. Pearls all over, there's trophy cabinets that shimmer and murals that glimmer ― a contemporary ground for the appreciator of football in all its shapes and sizes. Creating a future with every game, there's a feeling around the stadium that lends itself nicely to a party of football with LA providing a setting of unique proportions.

Some description

Far from a tired ground of heritage heavy traditions, this is a place dedicated to providing a home in which you can experience the game in the purest sense and this, as they say, is LA.
