Warrior Launch New 'Superheat' Boot

Warrior extend boot line-up with all new speed silo.

Warrior Football have joined the speed race with the release of their new Superheat Pro football boots. Acknowledging that speed is at the heart of modern football Warrior have designed its latest boot using sophisticated technologies traditionally found in sprint shoes.

Warrior are beggining to become real contenders in the boot world and have already landed players such as Vincent Kompany, Marouane Fellaini and Tim Cahill in their Skreamer and Gambler boots and now they've taken the next step by unleashing a new breed of speed silo wrapped up in a bright Blue/Yellow colourway to compete with the Mercurial, F50, evoSPEED etc.

Weighing in at 180g (FG) the Superheat comes packed with new tech including an upper that uses Tri-fusion bonded skin, designed to aid touch when moving at speed. The mesh part on the upper of the boot is known as the Neoweb, an extremely lightweight, water resistant mesh construction which moulds to the contours of the foot.

The yellow part on the front of the boots is called Organitouch, a super-thin outer film to enhance touch, aiding close ball control while running at high speeds. Implanted in the heel is what Warrior describe as a Membrane Heel Shield, which provides unseen support and protection. A durable sole plate is constructed from a tough compound materialand the configuration of the Clawtech blades (FG) offers optimum versatile traction.

The Superheat will get an on-pitch debut on the feet of Blackpool's Thomas Ince when England U21's take on Finland at Stadium MK tonight (14 November).
