Taking inspiration from the driving wind and snow of the frozen north, adidas launched the Minnesota United secondary ‘Drift’ kit to a packed crowd of fans at the Mall of America, while appropriately enough, a snowstorm raged outside.
Nearly all white with just a few subtle grey and pale blue notes, the Loons' new jersey will also serve to mark a new chapter in Minnesota soccer history as the club moves into the stunning Allianz Field for the 2019 season ahead.

The design and texture of the ‘Drift’ jersey instantly conjures images of ice and snow, while it features nice details such as a whiteout MLS crest and the Minnesota state bird isolated from the crest and placed underneath the rear of the collar.

And it didn’t stop with just the new secondary jersey either. Created to commemorate Minnesota United’s inaugural season in its new home, the midnight grey, fleece-lined Allianz Field Jacket was also launched, ensuring fans can stay warm while showing their support. They also need to get their hands on a nice pasty and a mug of bovril; that'll warm you right up at half time that.
