Ronaldo Teases Nike Air VaporMax CR7

Before we had even sat down for supper, Cristiano Ronaldo had already picked up the very first FIFA Best Player award. Typical. Picking up prized assets that don't just warm the mantlepiece, he also took to Instagram ahead of said awards to slide on in to an all new Nike Air VaporMax CR7.

A sneak tease that landed on the phones of many of his 80 summink million followers, the player with a lifetime deal from Nike showcased one of the most anticipated sneaker releases of the year as he packed his bags for The Best FIFA Football Awards 2016. A pair of the Nike Air VaporMax, Swooshed up with as part of the CR7 range, they look every bit the part with an all-black upper and gold detailing.

Some description

A statement shoe designed by Rei Kawakubo that was first unveiled at the Nike 2016 Innovation summit and rolled out on the COMME des GARÇONS’ Paris Spring 2017 runway show, the Nike Air VaporMax are a radically fresh take on the Air Max as we know it. An innovative on number that are bolstered by a Flyknit upper, the famous Air pods have been re-engineered for the new year.

It's since 1987 that Nike ushered in the Air Max to royally tear up the sneaker scene. Since then, countless phases of research and development have revolutionised the way the brand embrace this cushioned technology. The Nike Air VaporMax acts as the catalyst for a new era of Swoosh evolution and sets the line in the sand from which the brand build the year on. Plenty of sleek air, expect the Nike Air VaporMax to drop on Air Max Day in March. As for CR7's signature editions, there's no word yet on if or when they'll hit the market.
