adidas SPZL F.C. x Arsenal FW26 Collection Celebrates Matchday Culture In Style

Following the reveal of the wider SPZL F.C. collection for AW26, attention now turns to the club-specific releases, with adidas serving up a capsule dedicated to the Champions of England, Arsenal.

Now, there’s probably a conversation to be had about whether going this big with club-focused collections is slightly at odds with what SPZL has traditionally been about, especially given what they did with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for the launch of their third collection. But following on from Forest, Leeds and Aberdeen in the first season, and Villa, Newcastle and Celtic in the second season, it feels like that's a debate for another day. Right now, it's easier to simply take this collection on face value and appreciate how good it looks.

Created to celebrate the culture that surrounds the beautiful game, the adidas SPZL F.C. x Arsenal FW26 capsule arrives with a campaign featuring some of the club's most recognisable figures. World Cup winner and Arsenal Invincibles captain Patrick Vieira joins current men's captain Martin Ødegaard and women's star Chloe Kelly to front the launch, bringing together different generations of Arsenal history under one banner.

As you'd expect from SPZL, the collection leans heavily into heritage sportswear aesthetics, blending terrace culture, football identity and casual style in a way that feels effortlessly authentic. Leading the release is the Arsenal SPZL F.C. ZX7300, a sneaker that anchors the capsule's vintage-inspired direction.

Alongside the footwear sits a range of apparel pieces that continue the same retro-infused approach. A midnight blue short-sleeve jersey stands out immediately, pairing yellow Three Stripes with bespoke white SPZL graphic detailing for a look that feels both classic and distinctly Arsenal. Elsewhere, a long-sleeve polo, full-zip track top and matching track pants complete the collection, offering plenty of options for those who appreciate football fashion beyond the ninety minutes.

The campaign itself draws inspiration from matchdays at Emirates Stadium and the culture that exists around the club. Rather than focusing solely on what happens on the pitch, it captures the rituals, style and sense of community that have long been intertwined with supporting Arsenal. It's a fitting backdrop for a collection that feels as much about football lifestyle as it does football itself.

The adidas SPZL F.C. x Arsenal FW26 collection will be available in limited quantities from Tuesday 29 September via www.adidas.co.uk/football and Arsenal Direct.
