Introducing the adidas x Gosha Collection

Owning cat walk esteem in embracing high end fashion, adidas and designer Gosha Rubchinskiy have joined forces to launch a debut collection of its kind. A unique array of get-ups inspired by Russia's youth culture scene it goes from tracks to scarfs to sneakers in mixing one game with another.

Gosha Rubchinskiy is known world over for his unique view from which he takes in fashion. Savvy though provocative in style, this release, with a striking finish, blurs the lines on where performance as we know it finishes  bending the mind and opening the door to a new wave of football street style in the process.

Looking closer at the wardrobe itself, hero pieces include the adidas Football x Gosha Rubchinskiy winter coat; a padded coat available in red or black with grey reflective stripes, a woven piste jersey; a striped jersey available in grey, black and white; and a short-sleeve, striped football jersey. Smart as they come and packing rounds of flavour, other items include adidas Football x Gosha Rubchinskiy hoodies in black, white, red and grey and various accessories including hats and bags. Each piece features the collection’s signature mark, the word “FOOTBALL” written in Cyrillic to pay homage to fans of the game.

Slipping it closer to the street, the adidas Football x Gosha Rubchinskiy footwear includes the ACE 16+ SUPER which notably features a Primeknit upper which is of course taken out of tech based performance product. These numbers land in red, white and black colourways. Each features an all-new grey toecap and the words adidas | Gosha on the sole.

Some description

Hitting the perfect notes, the collection was presented to the public at an exclusive event at the Old Stock Exchange in Kaliningrad, Russia  a carefully selected location synonymous with the youth culture of Russia today. A place which is now reconverted into the epicentre of the youth of Kaliningrad. A city with some of the oldest football stadiums in Russia and a host stadium for the 2018 Word Cup, Gosha naturally saw this as the perfect location to pay homage to adidas  a brand with football woven into its stripes.
