Framed: PSG v Monaco

With the title already wrapped up, PSG played host to second placed Monaco on the weekend. A homecoming that was to be dampened the spirit stayed strong and the fans continued their support in both pitch and pace. A club of romantic beauty, you can't help fall in love with this colossal castle.

Having scored nine goals on an outing the week gone by, PSG can be forgiven for not quite cutting the net finishing mustard on this occasion. Fans in full voice however, a game that was initiated with the introduction of one Jay Jay Okocha to the pitch, his presence was whole heartedly appreciated with a chorus of cheers reverberating around this stadium that is both architecturally beautiful not to mention wonderfully intimidating.

With Monaco on the hunt to secure a Champions League spot, their pace towards to the top was maintained and while Paris Saint-Germain stole the numbers game when it comes down to possession, passes and shots, Monaco very much took home the spoils. Regardless, one for the neutral and a football haven for the cultural appreciator.
