The partnership that has been changing the game in recent years continues to do so, as Venezia FC and NOCTA launch a bold third kit to go alongside the already dropped home and away shirts. This one arrives with noise, fashioning some contemporary aesthetics whilst embracing retro fits and local heritage.

Venezia FC and NOCTA have dropped their 2025/26 third jersey, and it's one that doesn’t just live on the pitch, it moves through the streets and canals of Venice with the same style as the city itself. As part of the ‘Home Ground’ campaign, the release leans into Unione – the sense of unity that runs through the club, its people, and its culture.

Speaking on the release, Venezia FC Managing Director Tancredi Vitale said “As part of Home Ground project, the Third Jersey continues a narrative that places Venice at the crossroads of sport, culture, and identity. After the Home Jersey explored the city as a plural and layered place, and the Away Jersey reinterpreted nostalgia through contemporary style, this release focuses on Unione, the power of a community that gathers around its team, its colors, transforming football into a shared language”

Created by Diego Moscosoni and Ariel Mojetta, the design revives Venezia’s iconic colours in unapologetic style. Bold vertical stripes of orange, black, and green dominate with a modern edge. The late ‘90s and early 2000s terrace aesthetic runs deep here but sharped for the now. An archival energy elevated with contemporary finesse. Orange and green bands cut through the shirt, framed by a black gradient detailing that simply adds depth and texture. Across the chest, a metallic silver sponsor stands strong, whilst the club crest and Nocta logo shimmer in the same silver light. All of which have been placed in the centre of the shirt, once again pointing towards that retro aesthetics.

Although visuals take the spotlight here, function doesn’t take a backseat either. Mesh side panels deliver breathability, proving this is as much about performance as it is presence.

But this drop doesn’t stay confined to a football presence. On 7 September, during the Regata Storica, rowers from Società Canottieri Treporti (long-time allies of Venezia FC) will wear the jersey as they cut through the grand canal in their caorlina.

This is just another piece of evidence of Venezia and NOCTA’s continuation to the change the football kit game, leading the way with runway-ready shirts that embody just as much heritage and pride as the city itself. Their work needs to be appreciated.
