They're two of the greatest sportsmen of the modern era. Together, they know a thing or two about performing at the highest level. Rafa Nadal and Cristiano Ronaldo have joined forces to star in Nike's anticipated viral for the Vapor VIII – a video that fuses both tennis and football in a battle of explosive speed.

Friends off camera as well, Nadal is an avid Real Madrid supporter while Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted to being a fan of tennis. After battling it out on the court, the two sat down to discuss football, tennis and explosive speed.



Rafa demonstrated some of his football skills after being hooked up with a pair of Vapor VIII's. ''I had the chance to try them on and I found them very light and very fast.'' As for Ronaldo, he's no stranger to the Mercurial range. ''They're the only boots I have played with since I was sixteen. They're the ones I feel good with. They're the best, the fastest.'' 






The interview ended with Rafa presenting Cristiano with his new Vapor VIII football boots, before wishing him luck at the European Championships with Portugal. Although we're sure the Spaniard is only really interested in Ronaldo's performances wearing a Real Madrid shirt!
