The launch of the new Nike T90 Laser IV football boots has been one of the most hotly anticipated events on the boot calendar. It's hard to believe the previous incarnation was launched back in January 2010, so we've had to wait 20 months for the next addition to the T90 range!
Understandably then, when we got the chance to interview Fernando Torres we wanted to hear what differences to expect, and the improvements to look forward to. Meeting up at a secret football pitch on the outskirts of London, also gave us the chance to see Fernando in action wearing the Laser IV for the first time.
Fernando is confident the design of the Nike T90 Laser IV football boots will help him to rediscover his midas touch in front of goal, and he also told us he's a fan of the new colours! They're certainly eye-catching, as is the new ShotShield which is once again engineered for better control and transfer of motion.
