I really agree with him about communication.  I absolutely hate when people don't say, "Man on" or tell me I have time or whatever.  It's like some people are embarrassed to talk.  Don't get it. . .  I think this is a real downfall to a lot of teams (Man City) where there is no common language due to so many different origins being represented.  How can you communicate?
