Immortalised in his home town of Asuncion, Paraguay, and idolised in the Far East, Roque Santa Cruz has become one of the faces of Mizuno Football and especially the Wave Ignitus. For regulars to the SoccerBible this won't surprise you, we've met Santa Cruz before and he's instantly likeable, generous and engaging, plus we've seen what he can do with the Wave Ignitus and a ball! So it was great of Mizuno to give the SoccerBible fans the chance to put your questions to the Paraguayan hitman.
Santa Cruz has recently been promoting the new Black/Gold/Red Wave Ignitus football boots, a boot that has made a great impression on the football boots
community, and a colourway that answered the calls of the fans. Mizuno are traditionally famed for
their quality uppers, but with the Wave Ignitus they've proven that Japanese engineering can produce an innovative football boot, and it being worn by one of the nicest footballers you're likely to meet is an added bonus.
