The adidas F50 adiZero football boots made a huge impression this weekend, with a host of major players around the world spotted in these lightweight football boots. Our Boot spotters also found a hotbed of boot activity in South America, and players linking up with their national squads sporting their new football boots...

Leo Messi (Barcelona) adidas adiZero Chameleon
Orlando Engelaar (Holland)
Nike CTR360 Elite
Messi clinched the La Liga title wearing his bespoke Chameleon adiZero football boots, Messi has been in incredible form this year netting an incredible 34 league goals. The boots are designed to reflect the Argentinian's ability to change a game.
Engelaar has joined up with the Dutch national team wearing the Nike CTR360 Elite football boots, and we think the orange detailing is sure to look good with the Netherlands home strip.

Aruna Dindane (Portsmouth)

Salomon Kalou (Chelsea)
adidas F50 adiZero
Ivory Coast international Dindane gave us a preview of the football boots he will be wearing at this summer's World Cup, and the boots certainly stand-out against the pitch.
Playing in the FA Cup final, Kalou received a lot of attention and global exposure wearing his new synthetic adiZero football boots.

German goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has been warming up for the World Cup, wearing the new World Cup Edition adidas Predator X football boots.
Another player breaking in his new football boots ahead of the World Cup is Sami Khedira, the Stuttgart midfielder was spotted here practising in the new Elite CTR360 football boots.

John Terry (Chelsea)

Gonzalo Higuain (Real Madrid)
adidas F50 adiZero
John Terry debuted the latest Speciali football boots, and it was a fitting end to the season for the Speciali's, which have impressed throughout the 2009/10 season.
Higuain opted to wear the leather adidas F50 adiZero football boots, Higuain has been in consistent form for Real Madrid, so we'll be keen to see how he performs at the World Cup wearing adiZero's.

Nigel de Jong (Holland)

Adolpho Bautista (Mexico)
Concord Football Boots
Tough-tackling midfielder Nigel de Jong has been training in the new World Cup Edition adiPure III football boots. With de Jong at the heart of the team, the Dutch will be hoping to clinch their first ever World Cup.
Okay don't quote us on this, but we think Bautista is wearing Concord football boots. They're certainly eye-catching, and although we may not be 100% sure on the brand, we wouldn't be doing our jobs if we didn't share with our fans any interesting boot spots!

Javier Baraja (Valladolid) Under Armour Create
Vincenzo Iaquinta (Juventus)
adidas F50 adiZero
Baraja is the first player we've spotted wearing the Navy/Indigo Under Armour Create football boots, one of the most unique looking boots currently available on the market.
At the start of the season Iaquinta was playing in adidas Predators, but he's obviously a fan of speed boots because he changed into the F50i's. The Italian striker should therefore be impressed with the new adiZero's, and we noticed Iaquinta has opted for the leather uppers.

Nadir Belhadj (Portsmouth)
adidas Predator X
Rodrigo Millar (Chile)
adidas F50 adiZero
Belhadj wore his own customised pair of adidas Predator X football boots, and we've got a feeling English fans will be seeing these boots again. It didn't escape our attention that the colourway represents the national colours of Algeria, who will face England in this summer's World Cup.
Whilst some new boots on the market may be having problems getting players to wear their sole-plate, this isn't the case with the new adiZero's as shown here by Rodrigo Millar.

Goran Pandev (Inter Milan) adidas F50 adiZero
Luis Marin (Chile)
adidas adiPure III WC
Pandev was one of the first players to competitively wear the new adiZero football boots, as he debuted some black-out versions a few weeks ago. Pandev was given the go ahead to fully unveil his adiZero's this weekend, and we can expect to see Pandev wear them again for the Champions League final.
A great look by the Chilean goalkeeper who combined an all yellow Chile kit with some black/yellow goalkeeper gloves, and the brand new World Cup adiPure football boots.

Andres Guardado (Mexico)
adidas Predator X WC
Karim Benzema (Real Madrid)
adidas F50 adiZero
For some reason the Mexican and Chilean players debuted a whole host of football boots this week, which continued with flying forward player Guardado. The Mexican was spotted wearing the new World Cup Predator X football boots.
Karim Benzema surprised us by switching from adiPure football boots into the new adiZero's. Benzema has worn adiPures for the last couple of seasons, so he must really be impressed with the new F50 adiZero football boots.

Luca Antonini (AC Milan)
adidas F50 adiZero
Manuel Iturra (Chile)
adidas adiPure III WC
The F50 adiZero football boots really made a big impression this week on football pitches around the globe. And Antonini must be pleased with his boot choice after scoring a rare goal for AC Milan against Juventus.
The World Cup adiPure's look almost retro in this picture of Manuel Iturra, and really stand-out against his Chile Strip. Unfortunately for Iturra, his behaviour also stood out and earned him a red card against Mexico!
