We hope you enjoyed the festive period as much as our SoccerBible boot spotters! Out in force over a hectic period of Premier League action, our boot spotters were busy snapping a real variety of football boots. As a mixture of retro and brand new football boots performed well, along with a host of colourways and customised boots on display...

VALON BEHRAMI
Nike CTR360 Maestri football boots
Valon Behrami was sporting a new colourway for the Nike CTR360 Maestri football boots against Tottenham. Another pair of brand new football boots on show were these great looking black/gold/red Puma v1.10's worn by Portsmouths' Aruna Dindane. LUKA MODRIC
Nike Mercurial Vapor football boots
Luka Modric returned to the Tottenham starting line-up wearing the retro Vapor III football boots, a personal favourite of many Nike Vapor fans, and a boot which is still worn by various pro's including Yossi Benayoun. The colourway Modric was wearing had yellow flashes on the heel to match those of his Tottenham Hotspur kit.

FRANK LAMPARD
adidas adiPure III football boots
Frank Lampard continues to fly the flag for the adiPure III football boots, as he is still the only player in the Premier League wearing the brand new boots. Surprising really, when you consider such players as Xabi Alonso, Kaka and Karim Benzema have taken to the latest addition to the adiPure family.

LIAM RIDGEWELL
Nike CTR360 Maestri football boots
It looks as though Liam Ridgewell has created his own Nike CTR360 Maestri football boots, and selected colours representing his loyalty to Birmingham City. These boots are unlikely to be a new colourway release, instead they look like a specially customised pair.

JERMAIN DEFOE
adidas F50i football boots
Jermaine Defoe has been in great form this season wearing the adidas F50i football boots, and is joint Premier League top goalscorer on 13 goals. Playing against his old club West Ham, Defoe went on a great run and absolutely rifled the ball into the back of the net!

|
ABOU DIABY
Nike Mercurial Vapor IV football boots
A great display of speed, ball control and touch came from Diaby, another Premier League player opting to wear his old Vapor football boots. Diaby raced through the middle of the Aston Villa midfield before slotting the ball into the corner of the goal.

STEVEN GERRARD
adidas Predator X football boots
The Liverpool players and fans have been looking to Steven Gerrard to lead them out of a poor spell for the club, and his goal against Wolves helped them to a crucial victory over the christmas period. CARLOS TEVEZ
