Football Shirts > Liverpool Away Replica 2012-13 - Warrior Sports Football Shirt

Following Warrior’s design direction of modern tradition - the new Liverpool Away Kit has been unveiled for the 2012-13 Premier League season. The new Warrior Sports LFC kit is inspired by the 1900-1906 shirt, which featured the yoke detail in recognition of sailors and the huge influence of the docks on the city at the time.

The new Liverpool FC 2012-13 Warrior Sports away football shirt features a two-piece grandad style collar with cut and sew placket. The Fully embroidered Liver bird on the iconic LFC crest is positioned on the upper chest, and the eternal flames for the Hillsborough 96 are detailed on the outer back neck.

Technically, the new Warrior Liverpool football shirts are introducing a new fabric to the Premier League. The cotton feel War-Tech fabric is designed to keep the natural elements out whilst letting sweat and moisture escape from your body to keep you dry and comfortable. This material is compimented by 4-way stretch mesh under arm panels for ventilation, comfort and ease of movement.

Liverpool are beginning a new chapter in the club's history with the arrival of new manager Brendan Rodgers, and the new Warrior LFC kits will be a strong symbol of the new era. Speaking on the new Warrior Liverpool 2012-13 Kit, club captain Steven Gerrard said; “It’s retro, it’s comfortable, it’s good on the eye and the yellow is back which, of course, is the natural colour of the Liverbird.”

The new Warrior Sports Liverpool Away Kit is available to pre-order now ahead of launch on July 2nd. There are many new things happening at Liverpool Football Club at the moment, but are the new Warrior football shirts one of the success stories? Share your thoughts and join the conversation online, on Twitter and on Facebook. And don't forget to check out the new LFC Home Kit here.

I think the material that these are made of seems really nice, but the design is very lacking, I could deal with just the shirt, but the thing on the left leg is just absurd.

Sorry, Liverpool fans - that kit is really ugly. The colour scheme is ugly by itself and added to that design - it is just horrible. My condolences.
