Unveiling the new adidas Ajax Home football shirt 10/11, featuring the iconic vertical red stripe which has adorned the shirt for almost 100 years.
The Ajax 10/11 Home Football Jersey re-introduces a roundneck collar combined with the clubs traditional white and red colours. Unique to the 10/11 Ajax football shirt is the watermark
of a cross located on the front of the shirt, taken from the coat of arms
for the city of Amsterdam. Also taken from the coat of arms is the motto: Heldhaftig, Vastberaden, Barmhartig
("Heroic, Determined, Merciful"), detailed on the back of the shirt just below the neckline.
The Ajax Home Football Kit 10/11 will be launched and available to order from 13th July. A performance football shirt, the Ajax Home Shirt incorporates adidas' ClimaCool technology, an engineered mesh that allows heat and
sweat to escape, while bringing cooling air into contact with the skin.
