Signed by PUMA in 2011, Cesc Fàbregas now has his very own PowerCat. Unveiled for the first time today, this will be the signature design of Barcelona and Spain midfielder Cesc Fàbregas who has quickly established himself as one of PUMA's biggest assets.

Released in both an SL and standard PowerCat edition (both featured in our photography), the latest design features bright pops of bold colour on a traditional leather black upper. Marco Reus will be joined by other house-hold PowerCat names including Nemanja Vidic, Tomas Rosicky and Nigel De Jong.

Thanks to PUMA, we've landed a pair of Cesc's match-worn PowerCat's, used in Spain's international friendly fixture against England. The boots were given away as part of PUMA's “For Real” campaign partnered exclusively with SoccerBible – not before we sent them into the studio for some up-close attention.

Now seemingly a support act, but a very good one at that, PUMA have unveiled the standard version of their PowerCat 1.12 football boots in the same colours as the SL version. Puma add to their catalogue of summer football boots with the launch of the stunning PUMA PowerCat 1.12 SL – a reworked and lighter version of their popular power boot. The boot will be worn by Cesc Fabregas, Phil Jones, Nigel De Jong, Marco Reus and Gianluigi Buffon at the European Championships.
