Football Boots > Lotto Stadio Potenza II 100 Football Boots - White/Black

For many a mid-nineties football fan, Serie A and Gazzetta Football Italia will forever hold a romance for which brands like Lotto are quintessential to. But the Italian brand, born out of Montebelluna, are still very much in existence today and have offered up this latest stylish boot.

Adding to the illustrious line of Lotto Stadio footwear, the new Potenza II 100 football boots are a classic white/black combination on a modern leather crafted boot. The Potenza II has reverted to this more minimalist two-tone look, after famously being draped with the Italian flag for Euro 2012.

In terms of performance, the Stadio Potenza II 100 is a sign Lotto have stepped up their design and engineering to embrace the modern game. Crafting a leather boot with sharp styling, removing the fold-over tongue, more aggressive stitching and synthetic material incorporated into the upper.

For the construction of the Lotto Stadio Potenza football boots, the upper uses a soft kangaroo leather to retain that famous Italian comfort and flexibility. The upper is water-repellent, and makes for excellent touch and ball feel. Incorporated into the upper, the synthetic material is strategically placed around the mid-foot and laces to support the foot and improve fit.

With a removable anatomical insole for comfort, the Stadio Potenza II soccer shoes integrate Lotto's Shock-Off inserted into the heel area, a shock absorbing material made of low density polyurethane. Designed to reduce the impact of the foot with the ground to improve comfort whilst also reducing risk of injury.

Lotto have incorporated their 'Puntoflex' technology in the outsole - a technical device developed to allow the foot to flex with correct 'form' and give an excellent elastic return - to assist quick acceleration, agility and movement. The stud configuration is the classic conical, with four at the rear and eight to the fore of the sole-plate, once again in the fresh white/black combination.

As our Top Ten Christmas Most Wanted Boots has shown, a quality leather football boot is becoming quite a rare commodity. Lotto's Stadio Potenza II 100 football boots could therefore fill a void for boot fans, and the stylish white/black combination is likely to be pleasing to most. Available to order now, the new Potenza should cost around £90 GBP / $150 USD / €100 EURO (FG).

Good price for a "k-leather" boot. I am a big fan of a"k-leather" boot being water resistant.
