Football Boots > Joma Power Football Boots - White/Orange/Black

Here's the supporting colourway for the new Joma Power football boots, and if you thought the Navy/Lime versions had a resemblance to another boot, take a look at these White/Orange/Black boots. Ahead of the 2012-13 season, Joma are developing their boot ranges and a Power boot is certainly a new direction for the Spanish brand.

Much like the familiar looking Navy/Lime design, we can't help but think we've seen this colourway before – T90 Laser IV maybe? There's no denying the Joma Power has taken clear design inspirations from other boots, but will it be strong enough to stand on its own? Let us know what you think online, on Twitter and on Facebook.

The Joma Power football boots are constructed from a special breathable and water repellent microfibre upper. The boots have been packed with familiar looking power and control technologies that combine to create a boot that tips the scales at 250g.

Housed in the boots "Power & Force" zone, the Joma Power football boots feature raised TPU inserts across the forefoot area which provide added benefits to control, power and kicking direction – a similar feature we've seen implemented on boots such as the Puma PowerCat. If the front of the boot is about power, the instep is all about control.

The most striking feature of the Joma Power is the patterned control zone across the instep of the shoe. Inspired by Nike's pass pad technology used on the Nike5 Bomba range, the dampening area provides cushioning to the ball for an improved first touch while making passing more accurate with an enhanced sweet-spot area.

The soleplate of the Joma Power is made from a high quality and abrasion resistant PU. The stud configuration has been designed to provide greater stability and control. The Stud placement provides greater stability in movement and for speed.

As a Spanish brand with a strong reputation for classic boot design and single piece leather uppers, the Joma Power football boots certainly distance themselves from their more traditional designs. The boots will be launched in three colourways with the featured White/Orange/Black design joining a Navy/LimeBlack/Lime/White colourway.

The Joma Power football boots will be available in both a FG and AG sole-plate. If you're looking for something different ahead of the new season, the Joma Power football boots will set you back a very reasonable £70.00 GBP / $110 USD / €80.00 EURO. They will be available to order from July 1st.

Now that you've had your first look at the White/Orange/Black Joma Power football boots, let us know what you think! Share your thoughts and join the conversation online, on Twitter and on Facebook.

These are unoriginal looking.  They have the same feature s that other boots have, like 30 PST on the Puma PowerCat and a Nike Bomba shot shield.  Plus the colorway on these look like the Laser IV launch colorway and the other Joma boot has the Adipower launch colorway!  I'm sure they perform just fine though

They have the look of the Powercats, the inside looks like the Nike Bombas, and on the front they have got the dumb strips like on the Predators. I really don't know what Joma is doing other than trying to copy a ton of boots and then putting them into one ugly boot.

I hate companies that copy others, but this boot is pretty nice for a Joma boot. They are normally very ugly.
