Football Boots > Pele Sports Trinity 3E K-Leather Football Boots - Black/Red/Gold

The Pele Sports Trinity 3E quickly became one of the most talked about soccer shoes of last year. With a breakthrough concept that challenged conventional boot design, the 3E is one of the most unique boots in the game. Now looking to build on the success of the original launch boot, Pele Sports have stepped it up a gear with the release of a K-Leather Trinity 3E.

Keeping in line with the simple colour schemes we've come to expect from Pele Sports, the new Black/Red/Gold Trinity 3E football boots are a classy update to the range. Impressively the boots tip the scales at a mere 178 grams, making them one of the lightest ever leather speed boots!

While speed boots continue to dominate the game, it's lightweight leather boots that have witnessed a real revolution over the past few seasons. The adizero has remained relatively unrivalled in this category, but more brands are now offering their own alternatives. The new K-Leather Pele Sports Trinity 3E joins the Mizuno Morelia Neo as the latest lightweight leather boot to hit the market.

The Pele Sports Trinity 3E soccer cleats are the result of years of ergonomic research and footwork analysis. The ultra light Trinity 3E, has harnessed the ability to perform a dual task: maximising a player's game and speed potential, and actually training your muscles as you play. The Pele Sports design team call this "tackling the 3rd element", hence the name '3E'.

Pele Sports were focused to place injury protection and propulsion performance at the heart of their design mission. They've achieved this through extensive research and testing, as well as a combination of lightweight materials, unique support and innovative stud geometry.

The boot has undergone the science treatment in the Biomechanics Laboratory at the University of Duisberg-Essen in Germany, the findings of which were that the Trinity 3E "Allows significantly faster movements when compared to other high performance speed boot products on the market."

The stand-out feature of the Trinity 3E soccer shoes is the unique asymmetrical stud geometry, designed to harness the natural mid-foot motion, and ensure the earliest possible acceleration and force generation. Quite simply, most football boots designed today offer a symmetrical stud solution, yet as any runner would tell you the natural movement of the foot isn't flat and symmetrical, and so the Pele Sports Trinity compliments the wearer's pronation and running gait with an asymmetrical configuration.

One of the most revolutionary features of the outsole of the Pele Trinity 3E football boots, are the 3 heel studs rather than the standard 2 or 4. For this reason, the heel of the foot has been harnessed as an input to trigger early muscle activity for higher speed and agility movements.

To get hold of the new Black/Red/Gold K-Leather Trinity 3E boots, you can pre-order from today with a full release expected for July 1st. It's been a strong start for the Trinity, and we're sure many more players will be stepping out in them next season! Price-wise, they'll set you back around £155 GBP / $230 USD / €180 EURO.

to the guy that says the Mizuno boot is lighter - I think they were weighing a smaller sized boot. That's the issue with this my boot's lighter than yours *** contest - there is no standard size used!!! Perhaps the boys at Soccerbible could actually champion this aspect!!!
