Football Boots > adidas adi5 Turf Football Trainers - White/Electricity/Black

Not feeling the new grey/red/black adi5 Turf trainers? No problem. The design team at adidas have added another fresh addition to their popular 5-a-side range! A contrasting colour to their grey alternative, the new white/electricity/black adi5 Turf shoes are just what's needed to brighten up your small sided game!

With a refreshing look, adidas' latest adi5 Turf trainers are ready to be unleashed into the ever-increasing world of 5-a-side football. Take a look and share your thoughts with the SoccerBible community online, on Twitter and on Facebook.

The number of players testing their skills on artificial surfaces is growing each year. Turf shoes are in high demand and the adi5 Turf has raised the bar for what an five-a-side shoe should offer. Performance aside, the new colour combination of white/electricity/black certainly won't let you down under the bright lights of artificial pitches.

With the visuals in check, the tech incorporated into the new adi5 Turf is built around the shoes motto; 'Control, Don't be Controlled'. A lot of the technology within the shoes is centred around benefiting your control of the ball. Along side this, the adi5 Turf shoes have already built a strong reputation for being one of the most comfortable turf trainers available!

With minimal time on the ball in 5-a-side matches, your first touch is more crucial than ever. adidas have recognised this and have developed their most control-enhancing shoe to date. Strategically placed Grip Compound materials provide the adi5 Turf shoes with a strong combination of durability, ball control and touch.

One of the most effective features on the adi5 Turf is the Touch Compound found at the front of the shoe. The Touch Compound grid on the vamps promotes multi-directional ball control - the rubberised areas provide a greater grip to the ball, designed to enhance first touch control.

The upper of the adidas adi5 Turf is carefully constructed from a high abrasion resistant synthetic overlay for enhanced protection in the toe area. Featuring a mesh lining, the shoe remains lightweight (just 295g – no adiZero we know!) and breathable.

Comfort is taken care of through the adiPrene incorporation within the heel. During a five-a-side game, the heel area is subjected to forces equivalent to 8 times the players body weight. Through the adiPrene, this force is distributed evenly, providing enhanced comfort and stress impact.

Lightweight, cushioned, supportive - and they look great! Basically, everything you want from high-performance turf shoe. As players look forward to the mid-week evening fun of five-a-side football this season, we're sure many will be turning to the new adi5 Turf trainers as their weapon of choice!

The new White/Electricity/Black adi5 Turf trainers are set for a late-July release and will be available to order from selected retailers. You won't even have to stretch your boot-budget too far either! The adi5 Turf will retail worldwide for around £40 / $60 / €45.
