Football Boots > Reebok Instante II Pro Football Boots - Green/Black/Silver

After the unifrom colours of the big brands World Cup packs, check out the first of three ultra-colourful offerings from Reebok for the new Instante II Pro Football Boots! But there is more than just a flashy colour to this "hot" new boot...

The Instante II Pro features Reebok's revolutionary heat activated U-FORM performance technology for a unique customised fit - intended to both reduce any breaking in period and give the perfect fit.  Reebok say that this new U-FORM upper gives you a second skin and a personal fit with maximum support due to the customisation of the upper. But how?

This is the science bit. With the new U-Form, you heat up your boots at 93 degrees and in just over 3 mins the UF logo on the heel changes from standard Black to Red - indicating the Instante II Pro is now ready to fit.

All you need now do is simply lace on the boots and relax for around 8 mins - and you have got a boot customised to the shape of your own feet! Reebok claim this process can be repeated successfully over 50 times, meaning you'll get continued customised comfort.

So, science aside, what else is new in the Instante II Pro? Reebok keep faith with a familiar sole plate, as seen on the original Instante. Available in both soft and firm/hard ground stud versions, Reebok have also included both their Power Unit and Power Frame in this boot, providing a solid support for the foot and allowing a one way flex improving shot power.

The Instante II Pro incorporates a lightweight synthetic upper, designed to make this boot both light and durable. The vibrantly coloured boot also features raised rubber vamps for added ball swerve, this time swirling and sweeping all over the upper.

On the inside of the new Instante is another Reebok technology - Smoothfit lining which combined with a non-slip lightweight sockliner is designed to make the boot move in harmony with the foot and ensure maximum comfort through even the toughest of matches.

Quite whether we'll see Reebok stars Thierry Henry or Ryan Giggs in this bold colourway remains to be seen! However, if coloured boots are your thing the new Reebok Instante II Pro Football Boots are available to pre-order from today, 1st June, ahead of their retail release a month later on 1st July.

Expect these to set you back around £110 GBP / $175 USD when they hit the shelves.

Hahahahaha, I agree with wahi17, how do you even heat the boots up? 93 degrees is hot, real hot. And you're supposed to place your feet in plastic with near boiling temperature and keep it on for 8 minutes?

Nice idea Reebok!

But don't you think all the Ronaldo fan boys would love the technology a lot more if it was in the Superfly II ?

But with all that in mind, I HATE the design  =.=

This Japaneese guy tried these boots on 3 months ago, he heated them at 93° in his "OVEN", put the boots on straight away bearing in mind they were in the oven for the full 3 minutes, but he put them on WITHOUT any socks, causing the plastic to melt to his feet, the poor guy had to be rushed into hospital because the boots were melting his feet and they were on pretty tightly, so they were permanently stuck to his feet. The surgeons had to cut the sole of the boots then somehow cut around the sides of his feet fetching off a few layers of skin, so he had too have a small skin graft. The Japaneese guy had so much pain in his foot, that he couldnt walk for days, but he had blisters. So if you do buy them dont forget to wear SOCKS! The end.
