The Football League Show

The Championship teams get a break due to the international weekend, so the focus is very much on League One and Two. MK Dons have appointed Karl Robinson as full-time coach after Paul Ince left the club at the end of last season, and they face Hartlepool in one of the games of the day in League One. Elsewhere, Southampton host Rochdale at St Mary's, while further along the south coast, Peter Reid's Plymouth entertain Brighton. Presented by Manish Bhasin.

World Cup's Shocking Moments 2010

Richard Bacon is assisted by David Seaman as he takes a hilarious look back at the 50 greatest shocks from South Africa 2010 - from Rob Green's blunder against the USA to the French team going on strike; from Uruguay cheating Ghana out of a place in the semi-final to Frank Lampard's infamous 'goal that never was'. There are also the brilliant moments that may have slipped under the radar - Fabio Capello daring to bully Stuart Pearce, Emmanuel Eboue speaking Korean and the madness of Maradona.

Football Boots > Umbro Speciali Football Boots - Navy/White/Silver

Here is the next release for the Umbro Speciali, a boot that is really growing in stature in the
football boots world! Umbro have created a very popular boot that is comfy, offers great ball touch and feel, so we had been waiting to see whether they could release a bolder colourway.

Until now, Umbro have stuck with traditional white or dark shades for their most recent incarnation of the Speciali football boots. But we were of the opinion that to really make an impression in the boots market, Umbro needed to do something different, so we think this metallic blue shade is a great addition to the range.

There are a host of top players across the globe currently wearing Umbro Speciali football boots - including Michael Owen, Diego Capel and Darren Bent. But the Speciali wearers who we think will look good in these new boots are; Real Madrid's Pepe and Chelsea's John Terry and Deco, when they are wearing their respective club's home strips.

The Umbro Speciali football boots have been in existence for a number of years now, but this latest incarnation seems to have made a big impression with the players. Recently, the SoccerBible was fortunate enough to interview Deco and Darren Bent, both players highlighted the comfort and softness of the boot, how great it fits and how it adapts to your feet to provide excellent ball touch.

The upper of the Umbro Speciali football boots is constructed from a super-soft kangaroo leather, the best natural leather available because the material's fibres are densely packed. The benefits of which, are not just the suppleness of the leather and comfort, but also the durability of the material. Further prolonged by the Speciali's unique stitching patterns, which hold the leathers shape and maintain performance.

Complimenting the soft upper and central lacing system is Umbro's unique 'A' frame design, probably the stand-out feature of the Speciali football boots, and finished with a white/sliver trim. The 'A' frames are on both sides of the boots and wrap around the foot to lock the solid heel counter into position, ensuring the support and good fit needed during movement and ball striking.

The new Navy/White/Silver Umbro Speciali football boots tick the boxes for both traditional and modern boot fans with their unique colourway, but perhaps more importantly they are proven to perform at the highest level. Available to pre-order now ahead of a 1st March release, the Umbro Speciali's retail for a very good price of around £80 GBP.

Similar to the Tiempos by Nike, and I like the colourway, good choice on colors there. But I've never worn Umbro's because Nike makes the best soccer boots, second to Nike is Adidas
