The Football League Show

The Championship teams get a break due to the international weekend, so the focus is very much on League One and Two. MK Dons have appointed Karl Robinson as full-time coach after Paul Ince left the club at the end of last season, and they face Hartlepool in one of the games of the day in League One. Elsewhere, Southampton host Rochdale at St Mary's, while further along the south coast, Peter Reid's Plymouth entertain Brighton. Presented by Manish Bhasin.

World Cup's Shocking Moments 2010

Richard Bacon is assisted by David Seaman as he takes a hilarious look back at the 50 greatest shocks from South Africa 2010 - from Rob Green's blunder against the USA to the French team going on strike; from Uruguay cheating Ghana out of a place in the semi-final to Frank Lampard's infamous 'goal that never was'. There are also the brilliant moments that may have slipped under the radar - Fabio Capello daring to bully Stuart Pearce, Emmanuel Eboue speaking Korean and the madness of Maradona.

Football Boots > Heritage Football Boots - Puma King XL - Black/Silver - 19/11/09

Here are the latest Puma King football boots, a boot range that every football fan has heard of. The King's reputation speaks for itself, along with the great players who have worn these boots including Pele, Diego Maradona, Eusebio and Johan Cruyff!

When you're dealing with a heritage boot that carries the amount of prestige as the Puma King, it would be a mistake to give them a boisterous colourway. So it is pleasing to see the latest release of Puma's iconic football boots, is a classy black and silver colourway.

Puma King football boots have been successful for such a long time, because they offer the pinnacle of craftsmanship. There is no gimmicky technology, instead the King is a football boot that is constructed using top quality materials, with a comfortable performance upper.

The upper of the Puma King XL football boots is made from kangaroo leather, which offers the best performance of all the natural leathers. This is because the fibres of the material are more densely packed, so as well as being soft and comfortable, the K leather is durable. And as the material is soft and comfortable, the Puma King offers a great touch and feel for the ball.

The outsole of the Puma King XL football boots has an integrated heel counter, blended into the boot upper, to deliver the stability, support and protection you need during movement. And to cover the varying playing surfaces the King XL football boots come in a variety of sole plates, ranging from astroturf through to soft ground.

The current Puma King XL football boots are available for around £90 GBP, a great price when you consider some of the recent boot releases. And this particular boot looks really classy in a blackout version, with the silver bringing out the quality Puma King detailing. We're expecting these new Puma King XL football boots to be available from 1st December, although they can be pre-ordered now.
