The Football League Show

The Championship teams get a break due to the international weekend, so the focus is very much on League One and Two. MK Dons have appointed Karl Robinson as full-time coach after Paul Ince left the club at the end of last season, and they face Hartlepool in one of the games of the day in League One. Elsewhere, Southampton host Rochdale at St Mary's, while further along the south coast, Peter Reid's Plymouth entertain Brighton. Presented by Manish Bhasin.

World Cup's Shocking Moments 2010

Richard Bacon is assisted by David Seaman as he takes a hilarious look back at the 50 greatest shocks from South Africa 2010 - from Rob Green's blunder against the USA to the French team going on strike; from Uruguay cheating Ghana out of a place in the semi-final to Frank Lampard's infamous 'goal that never was'. There are also the brilliant moments that may have slipped under the radar - Fabio Capello daring to bully Stuart Pearce, Emmanuel Eboue speaking Korean and the madness of Maradona.

Football Boots > Speed Football Boots - Lotto Zhero Gravity Tre White/Black - 05/06/09

When it comes to innovative football boots, they don't come more concept than the new Lotto Zhero Gravity Tre football boots! The tre is Italian for three, as these are the third generation of the unique Zhero Gravity football boots.

The new Zhero Gravity football boots are very clean and crisp looking, with a smart white and black design. With unique design features, these football boots are engineered to give the best boot-to-ball contact, and to be the fastest on the pitch!

OK the obvious design feature is the lack of laces, which does feel weird when you first try them on, almost like you're wearing some kind of water sports shoe! However, the Lotto Zhero Gravity Tre is available in half sizes, so if you make sure you get the correct size then they actually provide a snug fit.

So how does this work? Well the material covering the toe and lace area actually has some stretch in it so the boots fit tightly. The huge advantage of the Lotto Zhero Gravity football boots design is that you are given a clean striking area, made from quite a thin material to enhance ball feel.

There is a solid heel counter, although there is no padding around the heel and collar area. But it is made of the slightly stretchable material, and if you get a snug fitting size there shouldn't be any issues with the boot rubbing.

These new Lotto Zhero Gravity Tre football boots are completely unique, and the black/white/red colourway makes these look very stylish. They will cost around £130 GBP, but with removable studs can be worn on both soft and firm ground pitches, so expect these innovative football boots to hit the pitches from 1st July.
