Boot Spy > Kanoute Debuts New Joma Numero 10 Football Boots

Joma look ready to land a new boot in the new year, with Sevilla striker Frederic Kanoute given the pre-release honours of putting the boots through their paces. As the lead face of the Joma portfolio, Kanoute was given early access to Joma's new football boots, set for February 2012 launch.

Labelled as the resurrected Joma Numero 10 – from the former 2008 model - the all new boot design is expected to bring control and touch enhancing elements to the table, with a integrated pass-pad on the instep. Kanoute was giving the boots their first run out as Sevilla took on Real Madrid at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán on Saturday night.

As Kanoute took a departure from his similar looking White/Red Joma Total Fit boots, it was certainly a boot-spot for the sharp eyed! Joma look to be branching out from the traditional styles that currently occupy each of their boot silos. One feature that will remain in the Joma Numero 10 is the unique 360º fit system which is designed to adjust to your foots round profile, optimising the use of energy.

Stay tuned to SoccerBible as we'll be bringing you all of the latest news from Joma's new boot development! Share your thoughts on the upcoming Joma Numero 10 online, on Twitter and on Facebook. Do you expect it to be a contender in the 2012 control market?

seriously, give your opinion, but only if you have foundation. Joma's are superb boots. Lovely fit and really well made from quality materials. Only copas and kings are comfier, ive turned my back on mercs and puma v's for them. But that might be a sign of advancing years..
